Error codes

Machine-readable error codes returned by the bridges and the platform API.

Errors come back as { code }. In the bridges the Promise is rejected with this object; you turn the code into text for the user (Turkish and English).

Setup and access

Code	Meaning
`plugin.permission_denied`	The manifest lacks the permission for this
`auth.forbidden`	The user’s role is not enough (viewers cannot write)
`plugin.setup_incomplete`	Required settings are missing or no screens are chosen
`plugin.not_live`	The plugin is off or outside its placement’s date range
`plugin.not_installed`	The customer turned the plugin off (platform API)
`plugin.unauthorized`	The install token is invalid (platform API)

Settings and data

Code	Meaning
`plugin.invalid_settings`	Settings do not match the schema
`plugin.invalid_key`	Invalid collection or key (collections starting with `_` belong to the platform)
`plugin.data_not_found`	No such document
`plugin.data_too_large`	Document larger than 64 KB
`plugin.data_limit`	The customer’s document limit (10,000) is reached
`plugin.invalid_events`	Invalid event name

Server actions

Code	Meaning
`plugin.unknown_action`	No such action and the plugin has no server
`plugin.pool_not_found`	No such draw pool
`plugin.pool_closed`	The pool is closed or outside its dates
`plugin.pool_empty`	No prize left
`plugin.limit_reached`	The visitor’s daily limit is used or the screen cooldown has not passed
`plugin.code_not_found`	No such code
`plugin.code_redeemed`	The code was already redeemed
`plugin.code_expired`	The code has expired
`plugin.code_payload_too_large`	The data attached to the code is too large
`plugin.server_error`	The plugin’s server returned a non-2xx status
`plugin.server_timeout`	The plugin’s server did not answer within 5 s
`plugin.preview_unavailable`	Previews do not call the plugin’s server

Devices and phones

Code	Meaning
`plugin.offline`	The screen has no internet connection
`plugin.captcha_failed`	Bot verification failed on the phone
`plugin.invalid_visitor`	Invalid visitor id
`plugin.storage_too_large`	The value to store on the phone exceeds 4 KB
`plugin.storage_unavailable`	The browser does not allow storage (private window)
`plugin.bridge_timeout`	The bridge did not answer (old player or closed frame)

Package upload

Code	Meaning
`plugin.invalid_package`, `plugin.invalid_manifest`	The package or manifest breaks the rules
`plugin.missing_file`	A file referenced by the manifest is missing
`plugin.too_large`, `plugin.player_too_large`	The package or screen view is over the limit
`plugin.kit_missing`	A page does not use the kit
`plugin.screenshot_required`	A plugin with a screen view has no TV image
`plugin.version_exists`	This version was already uploaded
`plugin.invalid_transition`	The version cannot be submitted: it is not a draft (in review, published or rejected)
`developer.two_factor_required`	Uploading, submitting for review and tokens need two-step verification
`auth.account_suspended`	The developer account is suspended

Earnings and payouts

Code	Meaning
`payout.profile_incomplete`	Payout details are incomplete
`payout.below_threshold`	The balance of closed months is below the threshold
`payout.open_request`	A payout request is still open
